 MCB gives us protection in case of two faults.

 Overload Fault

 Short Circuit Fault

 Friends, in both overload and short circuit fault, the current starts flowing more through the wire.  But you should know one thing that, the amount of current increases slightly in an overload fault.  Whereas in a short circuit fault, the current flows in a very large amount.

 दोस्तों लेकिन इन दोनों ट्रिपिंग के लिए MCB Breaker में दो अलग अलग चीजें लगाई गई है ? तो पहले हम बात करते हैं अवर लोड होने पर MCB  कैसे ट्रिप होगी, 

Over load Current Tripping

MCB breaker में  एक Bimetal Strip होती है ? जोकि दो धातुओं को मिलाकर बनाई जाती है  ? जिनमें से एक धातु गर्म होने पर दूसरे के मुकाबले कम फैलती है? 

 दोस्तों इस  कारण जब  MCB Breaker  पर करंट बढ़ता है तब यह( Bimetal Strip ) गर्म होने लगती है और जिसके कारण इस में लगी एक धातु कम फैलती है? तथा दूसरी धातु ज्यादा फैलती है । इसके कारण यह स्ट्रीप मुड़ ( Bend) जाती है। तथा मुड़ने के साथ साथ (Tripping Lever) को अपने साथ खींचती है ?  जिसके कारण  MCB  ट्रिप हो जाती है.

एमसीबी किसी भी उपकरण में फॉल्ट आने पर भी टाइप हो जाती है अगर वह उपकरण अंदर से Short हो जाता है तब भी MCB ट्रिप हो जाती है? इसका कारण यह है कि इसके अंदर लगी Solenoid Coil ! और सर्किट जब शार्ट सर्किट होता है । तब MCB Breaker  में लगी Solenoid Coil में बहुत ज्यादा मैग्नेटिक फील्ड बनती है और यह इसके अंदर लगे Plunger को आगे की तरफ धकेलती है जिससे कि Tripping Lever भी इस धक्के से आगे चला जाता है और हमारी एमसीबी ट्रिप हो जाती है.

तथा आपको पता चल गया है कि  MCB Breaker  और शार्ट सर्किट किस में कैसे काम करती है. 

 🔥MCB Breaker  को इस्तेमाल करने का सबसे बड़ा फायदा शार्ट सर्किट के समय होता है यह बहुत जल्दी कुछ ही मिली सेकंड में ट्रिप हो जाती है जिसके कारण हमारा नुकसान होने से बच सकता

दोस्तो MCB एक सर्किट ब्रेकर  होता है, अब सर्किट ब्रेकर का काम यह होता है, कि कभी भी कोई भी इलेक्ट्रिकल फाल्ट होता है तो सर्किट ब्रेकर अपने आप ट्रिप होकर सप्लाई को रोक देता है। ट्रिप का मतलब कोई प्रॉब्लम यानी फाल्ट होने पर ऑटोमैटिक सप्लाई बंद होना ट्रिप कहलाता है। जैसे भी अधिक लोड पर एमसीबी अपने आप ट्रि प हो जाती है
